DJ's Sweet Treats is more than just a bakery; it's a gateway to experiencing homemade happiness. Founded by Donna herself, a passionate baker with a heart for bringing people together through the universal language of sweets, our shop specializes in creating handcrafted desserts that encapsulate the warmth of home baking. Our History
Growing up in Pennsylvania, we always had home baked desserts. My mother and grandmother taught me how to bake in our home kitchen. Years later, I raised a family with three children – between family events, school events and having my children’s friends over for fun and meals, I always had baked goods around. Some of the kids would ask me to bake their favorite “treats” when they come to visit. Till this day, I have some of the “old kiddo’s” ask me if I can bake for them. I have spent the past 25+ years as a teacher and would bring desserts to school on a regular basis. My own children and many teachers encouraged me to start a business and sell my desserts. As I neared retirement in May of 2024, I did just that – decided on a list of items, found a name for the business and with the help of my daughter launched a web page. My children have been my biggest support with this endeavor. My dessert menu consists of items that have been very popular – in addition to trying new items on a seasonal basis. I look forward to providing quality, delicious treats for you and your family.
